A systematic survey of the age and gender of visitors has proven to be an important tool in stationary retail. This information can be used, among other things, for the location-related adjustment of the product portfolio and for the optimisation of target group-specific advertising measures. The well-known motto applies: "Only those who know their customers can do the business".
For this application, KRONOS uses different sensors, independent of the manufacturer and depending on the location, which enable an anonymised evaluation of facial characteristics in accordance with data protection guidelines. In addition to age and gender, certain moods of the visitors or facial masks can optionally be detected depending on the placement.
KRONOS customers can individually choose whether only processed raw data or complete external reporting is desired.
Monitoring of the systems to ensure the highest possible system availability can optionally be carried out by KRONOS.
